Refund policy

At The Bakehouse North Kellyville, all our products are freshly made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been collected.

Custom Cakes & Special Orders Custom cake orders require full payment at the time of booking. Once production has commenced, payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible — cancellations can be made 7 days before the collection date for a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Incorrect or Damaged Items If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of collection with a photo and we will do our best to make it right.
